The company is owned and operated by Rusty Sims a native from Stinnett Texas that followed a path from High School, to Apprentice, to HVAC Technical School, and then to Business Owner. He is a dedicated family man and sets the highest of standards for all of the employees at West Texas Air Conditioning And Heating.
